1. About AgentFely

AgentFely is an AI automation studio operated by Allen Miguel that designs, builds, and deploys intelligent AI agents and automation workflows for home service businesses, clinics, contractors, and agencies. Our core services include AI voice agents, AI chat agents, LinkedIn outreach automation, and custom n8n workflow builds.

2. Use of This Website

agentfely.com is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries and onboarding. By using this site you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract content without written permission
• Not transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through any forms or channels on the site

3. Our Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal before work begins. These Terms of Service govern your general use of agentfely.com and serve as the baseline agreement for all client engagements unless superseded by a specific contract.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI chat agents for websites and messaging platforms
• AI voice agents for inbound call handling
• LinkedIn lead generation and outreach automation workflows
• Custom n8n automation workflows and integrations
• Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support of deployed systems

4. Client Engagements

When you engage AgentFely for a project:

• A written proposal or service agreement will outline the scope, timeline, and payment terms
• Work begins upon receipt of any required deposit as specified in the agreement
• Additional requests, features, or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees
• All fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the agreement
• You are responsible for providing accurate business information needed to build and train your AI agent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on agentfely.com, including text, graphics, logos, the FELY owl mascot, and design elements, is the property of AgentFely or Allen Miguel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without explicit written permission.

For client projects, upon full payment the client receives rights to use the delivered AI agent and workflow systems for their business. AgentFely retains the right to reference the project type in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will never disclose client names or confidential business details without explicit permission.

6. AI Agent Disclaimer

AgentFely builds and deploys AI powered systems designed to improve business operations, lead handling, and customer communication. By engaging our services you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI agents may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect responses
• AgentFely is not responsible for the content of individual AI generated responses once the system is live
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the AI agent's behavior during the testing and acceptance phase before go-live
• Results such as lead volume, booking rates, or revenue outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed

7. Third Party Platforms

Our services involve third party platforms including but not limited to n8n, Twilio, OpenRouter, Google Calendar, and Airtable. These platforms have their own terms of service, pricing, and availability. AgentFely is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing updates, or policy changes made by these third party providers. Any additional costs from third party platforms are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

AgentFely treats all client business information shared during our engagement with strict confidentiality. We will not share your business data, customer data, or operational details with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services using our approved tooling stack.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgentFely and Allen Miguel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of agentfely.com or the services provided, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AgentFely for those specific services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of agentfely.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

AgentFely reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of agentfely.com or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
