FROM THE FOUNDER
It started with my dad's missed calls.
My dad ran a small auto repair shop for thirty years. He was brilliant with cars and hopeless at the phone. Every job he was on meant calls he never heard ring. I watched good weeks turn into quiet ones for no reason other than nobody picked up.
I spent years in customer success and operations, helping businesses run better from the inside. One afternoon it hit me that the people who needed it most were the ones I grew up around. Plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, my dad. Businesses where a single missed call is a missed paycheck.
So I built AgentFely for them. Not a chatbot that frustrates people, but a warm capable voice that answers every time, books the job, and lets the owner get back to the work they are actually great at.
MEET FELYThe name is a promise we made to my grandmother.
"Fely" was my Lola Felicidad. She ran the front desk of the family shop for forty years and never once let a customer feel like a number. She remembered everyone's name, their kids, their last repair. We named our agent after her because that's the standard: not just answering, but making every person on the other end feel genuinely taken care of.
